All software licenses and activation keys are delivered digitally via email. Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed automatically.

Important Notice – No Physical Products
Plyndo.com sells digital goods only. No CD, DVD or USB will be shipped. Once your activation key has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded, as digital products cannot be resold once issued.
❌ No Refunds in the Following Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
The wrong product was purchased without reading the full description
The key has already been delivered to the customer’s email
There is a poor internet connection preventing download or installation
The user lacks technical knowledge to install/activate software
Microsoft Office phone activation is unsuccessful
Password issues occur after the first reset on third-party accounts (e.g., Office 365)
🔁 Activation Issues & Key Replacement Policy
If your key fails to activate, Plyndo.com will provide a replacement, following verification.
To request a replacement, you must provide:
A full-screen screenshot of the error
The current date and time visible in the screen
Send it to: support@Plyndo.com
📌 Activation issues must be reported within 15 days of purchase.
After 15 days, replacement keys will no longer be issued.
💰 Refunds Will Be Granted ONLY If:
✔ The product key was not delivered to your email
✔ A domain-based product (e.g., Office 365) is non-functional or expired within the first year
✔ Subscription-based services (Lynda, VPN, JetBrains, GitHub, Office 365) become inactive within one year
🕒 Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds may take:
1–3 business days to initiate
2–14 business days to appear in your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Account, or Wallet)
